VNS Health has a strong presence in New York City’s Chinatown and Sunset Park neighborhoods. Our community centers offer health- and wellness-focused programs and services. Anyone can attend an event, talk with our team, or take advantage of the social services we provide. You do not have to be a member of one of our health plans. There’s no cost to visit our centers.

*Our community center in Chinatown is also home to the VNS Health Chinatown NNORC (Neighborhood Naturally Occurring Retirement Community). The Chinatown NNORC helps people who are 60 years or older and live in a 24-block area of Chinatown.
