Team of social workers and psychiatrists/nurse practitioners who can help seriously emotionally and behaviorally disturbed children, teens, and their families with assessment, therapy, and medication management.

Long-term outpatient psychiatric care, medication management, medical support and care coordination, and case management for seriously mentally ill adults with multiple psychiatric hospitalizations and a lack of engagement with traditional outpatient services.

FRIENDS Program (Children & Family Support Team and STEPS)
Teaches helpful mental health skills to families and connects them to community resources. Offers support two times a week for 6–8 weeks — with follow-up support for up to 4 months.
